The client came to Extend after speaking to multiple other Architects from all over the North West.
Wanting to gain extra socialising space, the owners also wanted to utilise the daylight and views into the garden.
Our solution was to extend into the garden, creating a striking kitchen and living area, under a brand new green roof. The addition of a balcony allowed the master bedroom to take advantage of the southern orientation.
