Situated in an orchard in South Preston, the client approached Extend to design a contemporary 3 Bedroom home, that would sit in the midst of the trees.
We designed a house that took reference from a locally sourced brick which had influenced the community for hundreds of years, and from the burnt wood which remained from the previous fire damaged cottage.
The design enabled this family to live their lives in a way that brought them together in a setting that enhanced their environment.
